What made you sign up or what was the deciding factor/ qualities about me that made you join?

I've been lifting weights since secondary school for rugby, and later on picked up powerlifting grew addicted to it. I've been spending a long time spinning my wheels programming on my own, or using online programs but having suboptimal progress because of inexperience. So I got Coach William (@couch_potahto) to hopefully kick my training to a higher level

How has your coach helped you develop this far (both lifting wise and character wise)?

He i̶n̶s̶u̶l̶t̶s̶ ENCOURAGES me a lot and tells me to man up when i fail my lift. i'm already t̶r̶a̶u̶m̶a̶t̶i̶z̶e̶d̶ ENCOURAGED deep down but my deadlift has gone up 25kg since I joined so I guess something's working.

How has your journey been like? Any personal changes you have felt/experienced?

Prs are really addictive. the intensity of my training has increased a lot and i've realised that i might have been taking it a bit too easy and need to grind once in a while. it takes courage atttempting weights you never thought you could hit, and it takes a lot of resilience to grind out a rep.

Where do you see Rōnin grow in future?

Maybe reaching out to more university students? Personal coaching is expensive and ronin could be a platform to make powerlifting more accessible to students
