My competitive experience includes 4 powerlifting meets with 3 podium finishes. I was the Team Manager for the first Singaporean varsity team at the 2018 University Powerlifting World Cup in Pilsen, Czech Republic.

I was previously the Head of Training and Education with Powerlifting NUS, where I co-wrote the curriculum for developing powerlifters. I currently serve as the club's Vice President.

My goals as a Rōnin coach is twofold: to make you a stronger, more intelligent athlete.
