I started off as the Head Coach & President at my alma mater, University of Nottingham Powerlifting, where I coached the members' training and nutrition.

I specialize in sports nutrition, weight and diet management. Currently, I head an all-women's powerlifting team. As a Rōnin coach, I seek to develop my athletes' strongest techniques through understanding their unique leverages.
